Self-Care Support Group for Women

Come together with other women to share the truth of our lives – where we are now, our goals, fears and aspirations. Remove barriers to your self-care practices and receive support for making the changes you want. In this facilitated group, caring attention and witnessing create a safe place to explore ideas, learn new skills, clarify goals, and find courage to overcome obstacles to taking care of ourselves.

Cathy offers a mini-seminar each session on relevant topics, such as: getting unstuck • regulating emotional states • food and mood • eating well • the drama triangle • calming the inner critic • roots of resilience • perfectionism • and much more.

Self-Care Support Group for Women

Groups meet twice a month for 2.5 hours at Chico Spa. Cathy interviews each candidate to be sure of a good fit. A six-month commitment is required for group stability and cohesion. Thirty days notice is requested before leaving group.

Every other week session on the second and fourth Wednesdays - 6:30 – 9:00 pm.

Next six-month session begins Wednesday March 10 and 24th, and continues on subsequent second and fourth Wednesdays through August 25.
